Preparation
Mash the chili in the shaker with lime and sugar. Add the vanilla syrup, the peach vodka, the Pago Peach and ice. Stir and fine strain into a pre-chilled glass and add Prosecco or Champagne on top.

| 1 | small red chili |
| 1 | slice of lime |
| 2 drops | Tabasco |
| 10 ml | Vanilla syrup |
| 20 ml | Peach infused Vodka |
| 1 | bar spoon of brown sugar |
| Prosecco or Champagne |
